Sanitisation and water treatment

Sanitisation and water treatment

Innovative solutions in microbiological protection and water treatment: livestock farms, agricultural industry, food industry, manufacturing, hotels & residential, district heating systems, water & sewage networks, sports facilities, public buildings, warehouses, shops, and shopping malls.

Main Objectives and Effects of System Implementation:

  • Enhancing bacteriological safety levels and stabilizing gut microbiota.
  • Preventing systemic transmission of pathogens, reducing carriage and shedding to levels undetectable by standard analytical methods.
  • Limiting the spread of pathogenic microorganisms, viruses, and zoonotic bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella spp., and Campylobacter spp.
  • Supporting prophylaxis and reducing the use of pharmaceuticals during livestock rearing (improving drug pharmacokinetics).
  • Supporting prevention strategies against Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease.
  • Preventing the formation of limescale plugs that block drinker valves – ensuring dry bedding/litter.
  • Preventing and eliminating limescale deposits within installations and on drinker cup surfaces.

IITE-BIOCID

Hygienic Certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health PZH No. B.BK.60110.1459.2025 and registration in the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products No. 10166/25

Exhibits bacteriostatic and antiseptic properties on the poultry gastrointestinal microbiome, thereby preventing the systemic transmission of pathogens.

IITE BIOCID

An innovative, exceptionally effective, and stable disinfectant whose active substance is chlorine dioxide (ClO2). Its unique efficacy relies on the reaction of sodium chlorite towards chlorine dioxide. This process is triggered only at very high water dilutions, making the product effective at a dose not exceeding 1.5 mg/L of water. This results in highly efficient disinfection across even very long installation lines, zero loss of substance into gaseous form, high stability in water, and no odor.

Its high efficacy in biocidal activity stems from its destructive impact on microorganism DNA, which significantly extends microbiological recovery time. IITE-Biocid also breaks down extracellular substances that bind to form biofilms.

When applied skillfully, IITE-Biocid provides performance multiple times more effective than chlorine. It is recommended for eradicating microbiological contamination and controlling the growth of bacteria, including E. coli, Legionella, viruses, molds, fungi, as well as biofilm and slime. IITE-Biocid does not cause crystallization or corrosion in dosing systems. The pH value of the product is 12.8 at 20°C.

Parallel use is recommended with IITE-AntyScale, which effectively removes limescale – the incubator of biofilm.

Advantages:

  • Universal disinfecting, antiseptic, and bacteriostatic activity.
  • Exhibits bacteriostatic and antiseptic properties on the poultry gastrointestinal microbiome, thereby preventing the systemic transmission of pathogens.
  • High bactericidal efficacy (especially against Escherichia coli and Legionella), as well as fungicidal, virucidal, and algaecidal activity – eradicates biofilm.
  • Low dosage, requires no mixing prior to application – ensures easy operation for the user.
  • Does not alter the taste or odor of water – water does not smell of chlorine.
  • Depending on the pH value, features up to 15 times higher oxidation power compared to other chlorine dioxide solutions.
  • Stronger and faster action compared to hypochlorite; at the same dosage, it outperforms sodium hypochlorite by up to 80 times.
  • Long-lasting bacteriostatic effect, achieved among others by reducing microbiological deposits in piping networks and filters.
  • Does not lead to the formation of trihalomethanes, chlorophenols, or chloramines in drinking water.

IITE AntyScal

IITE-AntyScale

Hygienic Certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health PZH No. B.BK.60110.1374.2024

A modern, liquid water conditioning agent designed to protect water supply networks and installations from trace element scaling. The phosphorus contained in the formula reacts with calcium salts to form phosphorus-calcium compounds (the building blocks of skeletal structures and eggshells) along with compounds of other trace elements, completely depriving them of the ability to crystallize into limescale.

In the case of already scaled installations, applying appropriate dosages releases these trace elements, which are essential for the proper functioning of living organisms. Once the system is clean, the dosage is reduced to a maintenance level that ensures continuous protection against corrosion, limescale accumulation, and other contaminants. The pH value of the product is 5 at 20°C.

Advantages:

  • Prevents the formation of limescale plugs that block drinker valves – ensuring dry bedding/litter.
  • Prevents the accumulation of and eliminates existing limescale deposits within installations and on drinker cup surfaces.
  • Eradicates the environment (porous-structured limescale) that promotes biofilm formation and the proliferation of bacteria such as Salmonella spp., E. coli, and Campylobacter spp.
  • Eliminates the need for water softening stations, which are expensive to operate.
  • Reduces costs, such as those associated with the cyclical cleaning of limescale from drinkers.
